Q1. How wide are your roofing sheets?
A1. All our sheets are 1m cover width once lapped and fitted, unless otherwise advised.
Q2. How long are your roofing sheets?
A2. We stock roofing sheets in 8′ (2.44m), 10′ (3.05m), 12′ (3.66m), 13′ (3.96m), 14′ (4.27m), 16′ (4.88m), 18′ (5.49m) and 20′ (6.10m) lengths, however we can manufacture sheets to customers exact lengths (if required) up to 26.25′ (8m).
Q3. How long will delivery take?
A3. We try to deliver customers’ orders within 7 – 14 days, wherever possible.
Q4. Do you deliver to Scotland?
A4. Yes, we use an external haulage company to deliver orders to Scotland.
Q5. Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
A5. Yes, we can only deliver orders of 100 linear feet or approximately £200 worth of materials.
Q6. Can we collect straight away?
A6. Collections are available from our depot on an appointment basis.
Q7. What are your roofing sheets made of?
A7. All our sheets are galvanised steel / metal, except for our rooflights which are made of GRP (glass reinforced polymer) Fibreglass.
Q8. Where are you based?
A8. We are based in The West Midlands, just off junction 9 of the M42, however, we do deliver all over the UK.
Q9. Do you supply composite panels?
A9. No, we do not supply composite panels, however, we can supply a double skin insulated roofing system, comprising of a top sheet, a bottom liner sheet and Rockwool in between – this is more time consuming to fit, but is considerably cheaper than composite sheeting.
Q10. How long will your products last?
A10. All our galvanised roofing sheets and GRP fibreglass rooflights will last for 25 years +.
Q11. Are you able to match our profile on an existing roof?
A11. If you supply us with a sample of your existing profile, we will do our best to match the profile.
Q12. Are you able to supply colours not detailed on your website?
A12. Yes, we stock 10 standard colours but can also source specific colours, if required.
Q13. Do you supply all the fixings to go with the roofing sheets?
A13. Yes, we supply all colour coded fixings and accessories to match our roofing sheets.
Q14. Are you able to install the roofing sheets for us?
A14. No, we do not provide an installation service, however, we can recommend an experienced family team of industrial cladders.
Q15. Do you stock second-hand roofing sheets?
A15. No, but we do have cheap cover sheets and miscellaneous coated packs available.
Q16. Are the insulated roofing sheet systems fire safe?
A16. Fire safety Trisomet® carries Grade EXT-B and EXT-A approval by the LPCB. It also achieves fire resistance performance of up to 4 hours integrity and 30 mins insulation dependant on panel thickness. These are attained using standard fixing and sealing methods (external side-lap stitched at maximum 300mm centres). The panel achieves a Broof (t4) performance for the external surface spread of flame and fire penetration on a roof in accordance with BS EN 13501-5. The internal surface of the panel also complies with a Class B s2 d0 rating in accordance with BS EN 13501-1.
